RETURN POLICY
B&C Ace Home and Garden Return and Exchange Policy
B&C Ace Home and Garden Center makes returns easy. We accept most returns purchased at our location within 6 months of original purchase date of receipt (some exceptions apply*). We will do our best to exchange or refund your purchase.
No Receipt/Proof of Purchase: We may be able to look up your transaction by your Ace Reward number or method of payment. If the purchase can not be found, B&C at its discretion, may issue a B&C merchandise return card based on the lowest selling price in the last 6 months. Refunds without a receipt require a valid driver’s license.
*Return Policy Exceptions:

Outdoor power equipment, generators, pressure washers, trimmers, blowers, evaporative coolers, air conditioners, grills, smokers, paint sprayers, power tools etc. must be returned “like new” within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been used, if accepted for a return, may be assessed a restocking fee. Used items that have oil/gas in them cannot be returned

Custom tinted paint, custom cut goods (electrical wire, tubing, rope, etc.), custom threaded pipe cannot be returned

Special Order items that are not regularly stocked at our location cannot be returned

Holiday Items:
Must be returned on or before the day of the holiday (e.g., Christmas). Items purchased after the holiday are considered final sales, and no returns will be accepted.
Plants:
A plant, tree or shrub is in the same condition (alive and healthy) as they were when purchased within 7 days of original receipt, can be returned. If the plant, tree or shrub was promotionally (“promo”) marked down then sale is considered final and no returns will be accepted.
Non-returnable/ Non-refundable Items:
Labor, delivery and shipping charges
Closeout/Clearance/Final sale merchandise
Gift cards and in store credit cards
As-is merchandise

B&C Ace Home and Garden Center reserves the right to decline returns where product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer or to prevent fraud or abuse.
